Greg Gonzalez brings extensive experience in nonprofit operations, facilities management, and organizational leadership to his role as Facilities Manager at Big Wave Center. With 16 years of experience serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), Greg combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the individuals and families Big Wave serves.

Prior to joining Big Wave, Greg spent more than six years as Operations Manager at AbilityPath, overseeing facilities and operations across multiple locations in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. His responsibilities included facilities management, capital improvements, vendor relations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and health and safety.

Throughout his career, Greg has also held leadership roles in adult services, supporting opportunities for independent living, employment, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two big dogs, Mac and Cheese.
