Jeanne Carlson is a Biotechnology professional with over 30 years of experience in Diagnostics, who brings deep expertise in project and process management to the Big Wave organization. During her career Jeanne worked in project management, research, development, product support, quality, and manufacturing. With her broad experience in the medical device industry, Jeanne has guided organizations across the globe in re-engineering ineffective operational processes, helping organizations understand and incorporate FDA guidelines into policies and procedures.

Jeanne and her husband Bill plan for their daughter Sarah to live at Big Wave. Sarah was disabled as the result of a malignant brain tumor and the treatment necessary to save her life, and she is excited to live at Big Wave.

Jeanne graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego.
